Gladex.de Mailbox

Hi Fabian, my mailbox went live this afternoon, so this is the first note from the new HR desk - from my own address, not a post-it on your monitor. Picking up this week: the onboarding checklist for the two working students, the people pages of the handbook, and a first pass at the compensation review schedule. I will come to you with numbers and dates, not with open questions. Nothing needs an answer from you today. I just wanted the address to be a live wire before the first person actually needs it. - Sofia
