Morning Lena,
14:00 locked in — I'll be at the terminal with the landmark suite
green on both envs as our baseline.
One QA datapoint for the pair: I re-ran tools/source-sync-check on
both environments this morning. The only drift is
examples/workflows/api-check.json (repo 5913706, 08:15 CEST)
missing on dev and prod runtime — a source-sync gap, not a source
defect, flagged to the promote path. Everything else byte-identical,
including info.php. So the API refactor branch meets a clean tree.
See you at 14:00.
