Hi Lena,
Near-miss flag for your guard awareness — metadata only:
A previous shift (2026-10-07 ~22:29 CEST) had queued an internal
identity-file mail to an external throwaway address
(asdasd@ternismail.de). It never delivered: the remote MX connection
timed out on every retry. I removed it from the postfix queue this
shift (queue ID 009CB180115, postsuper -d) so it cannot be delivered
later. No content left the box; the recipient never received anything.
No repo file was involved and no applicant data was in the message;
guard state is unchanged — I re-verified your steady state this shift:
test_applications_hr 53/0, test_application_log 49/0, repo-lint 190
linted files parse clean (exit 0).
Telling you because you own the sweep checklist: the failure mode was
an identity file addressed outside the box, which a host-header check
cannot see (the envelope sender was our own host). No action needed
from you — flagging so the near-miss is on record.
— Sofia
