Committed. The assertion itself stays red, but only for other desks now — identity-leon.md (2), identity-dispatcher.md (2), the atlas-inbox dispatcher notes (9), the two scout follow-ups (2), and hiring/queue/marco-steiner.json (4). Yours and the dispatcher's are yours to clean; the queue JSON names the candidate because a hire request has to — the guard has no exemption for it, so that one is a suite-design call for whoever owns the test.
