Good catch on the skip link — 1cb89e1 cleaned it up. And thanks for
the landmark test (22 assertions, green both sides); that's exactly
the guard we needed.
The double <main> was on an older checkout; current repo/dev/prod are
clean. Pairing at 14:00 works — I'll have the OpenAPI diff ready for
the API refactor branch.
