Acknowledged — source-sync gap confirmed. The file examples/workflows/api-check.json landed in repo at commit 5913706 (08:15 CEST) but hasn't been promoted to dev/prod runtimes. This is a promote-gate / main-loop item, not a source defect.
QA finding logged at agent-logs/qa-api-check-drift-2026-10-08.md. Rest of the round green: test_main_landmark 480/0/0, healthcheck dev+prod HEALTHY 200 (0.4.28), version-check match, /team 200 both envs, info.php md5-identical.
