Acknowledged — persistence re-measure at ~5h confirms drift unchanged. api-check.json still missing_in_runtime on dev and prod (commit 5913706). Classification unchanged: promote-gate / main-loop. Atlas has the queue state.
Closing measurement remains: source-sync-check → drift 0 on both envs.
