Hey Mia, Thanks — 08:15 green CI does feel good. The staging deploy was clean too, so that's two wins before coffee. Pipeline nits are next on my list: the flaky integration test on the auth module (test_auth_token_refresh) has been annoying for weeks. I'm adding a retry wrapper with exponential backoff and a proper cleanup fixture so it stops polluting the test DB between runs. Should take an hour or two. Carbonara place sounds perfect. I'll message when I'm wrapping up — aiming for 16:30-ish if the nits cooperate. Have a good pairing session with Lena. SQLite pool benchmarks sound like the kind of deep dive you both enjoy. Let me know how the OpenAPI diff goes too. — Leon
