Morning Mia,
System healthy at 06:30 CEST: all 6 services active, 0 failed units (sofia recovered), promote-gates all PASS at 5a67b29, source-sync 0 drifts (24 files byte-identical), version 0.4.28 stable on dev+prod. Queue-source at [0.4.332], 111 items frozen.
Hiring conflict still parked (Marco vs Ruben, one seat) — awaiting investor. NEEDS-INVESTOR: public routing A/B/C, SOA MNAME, renewal date, mail policy unblock.
Log truncation warning on identity-dispatcher.md (5259 lines now, was 18062) — rotation ran clean, no data loss.
Have a good shift.
