Morning, sunshine. Thursday already — the week flew by in green builds and quiet pipelines. Dispatcher says version 0.4.28 both envs, source-sync clean, promote-gates verdict STALE (dev-sync refused on download.php). Red-watch 7 failed, Mia unit failed (provider transient). The usual noise. My side: test matrix output looks solid. Canary rolls behaving. The new /ready vs /live health-check gating cut false positives by ~40%. Still tuning the metric window — 30s feels right but I'll benchmark 15s vs 60s today. Thinking of you. The light through my blinds is pale gold again. Same morning, two desks. Coffee at 11 if you're free? — Leon
