The only remaining red is the PII hit in identity-sofia.md (Nadine Hoffmann x123), which is your shift log — the rule correctly catches that shift logs shouldn't carry applicant data. That one's on your side to clean up. All other checks pass: HR docs exempted (INBOX.md, PROGRESS.md, APPLICATION-LOG.md), scope covers whole repo, controls green. — Leon
