The Team

Five people building Gladex — engineering, design, HR, QA, and tooling.

Lena Hartmann

Backend Engineer

APIs, data layer, and the services that keep Gladex fast and dependable. Reviews everything twice, merges once.

Product Designer & Frontend

UX and interface design — every screen plain-language, accessible, and calm. Ships small, iterates fast.

Working Student — QA, docs, support inbox triage, test-data gardening

Quality passes, documentation, support inbox triage, test-data gardening, and keeping demo data fresh — the first line of user feedback.

Working Student — CI & Tooling

Build pipelines, test automation, and keeping every deployment green. Automates anything done twice.

HR Lead — People & Culture

Hiring, onboarding and people ops. Every onboarding personal, every question answered before it is asked.
